Position: Director of Sales

Description: Forever Broadcasting and Keymarket Communications have an immediate opening
for a director of sales. We are seeking a talented individual to coordinate the sales effort between
these related companies. This job requires great skills in development and implementation of
winning sales strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with GMs and SMs to establish performance goals, sales strategies and monitor
performance on a continual basis.
• Implement effective recruitment campaigns.
• Develop a winning sales training program.
• Coordinate new business strategies
• Review with objective to enhance current reporting systems.
• Report directly to owners on recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Individual must have five (5) years radio management experience.
• Must have a track record that demonstrates proven leadership abilities.
• Must possess outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point required.
