Fiesta Burger: Burger starts with fresh beef, 6 oz smash burger with melty pepper jack cheese and a creamy avocado mayo topped with black salsa, lettuce, pickled red onion and crunchy tortilla chips.
Tubmill Pimento Pounder: 1/2 lb. 21-Day Dry-Aged Beef Patty, raised by us and grilled to perfection, topped with Boar’s Head Cheddar, locally grown crisp lettuce and ripe tomato. Finished with housemade pimento spread, bacon jam, tangy BBQ sauce, dill pickles, and crispy French-fried onions, all nestled on a housemade brioche bun.
The Memphis Burger: Angus beef patty seasoned with a sweet and savory Memphis BBQ Blend, topped with brown sugar, bacon, gouda cheese and crispy onion rings drizzled with a hickory smoked BBQ sauce. All served on a toasted brioche bun.
Mac Daddy Burger: 1/2 lb Angus steak burger, slice of aged cheddar cheese, 4 oz scoop of white cheddar mac n cheese, 4 oz of smoked brisket and topped with our house made HillBillys BBQ sauce
Stuffed Hot Pepper Burger: 1/2LB fresh ground beef on toasted bun, marinara, sausage, sauteed banana pepper, aged parmesan.
