The weekend is shaping up to be a great weekend for outdoor stuff...remember to take the Big Pig along with you!  We like to party, too!!!  One of the things you can celebrate is National Waffle Iron day tomorrow...one of the more unique uses of a waffle iron turned into a BILLION dollar business.  A waffle iron was used to create the tread patterns on a new brand of sneakers many years ago-the Nike brand.  On today's Front Page Country News...Luke Bryan's scheduled concert in Oklahoma City was postponed last night...Trisha Yearwood gets the ACM Icon Award...Miranda Lambert will receive the People's Choice County Icon Award...and Lainey Wilson honors Miley Cyrus.  Happy Birthday to Jo Dee Messina and Billy Ray Cyrus, who have birthdays on Sunday...Happy Weekend!
